Yin Yoga is a grounding practice of slow, held, reclined or seated postures that target the connective tissue of the body. Yin Yoga increases circulation in the joints, improves flexibility & range of motion. Through the posture holds, our muscles are able to relax & loosen their grip

Yin Yoga is a grounding practice of slow, long-held (3-5 mins), reclined or seated postures that target the deep connective tissue of the body in order to increase circulation, improve flexibility & range of motion. Through longer posture holds, our muscles are able to completely relax. This deep calming practice creates space both physically & mentally to quiet the mind so we can move inward.

Aromatherapy & breath work will be incorporated into the practice to guide you towards a meditative experience. We will highlight some essential oils & explore the effects they can have to enhance feelings of wellbeing, sooth the body & melt away stress. This practice is a gift for tight muscles & an overstimulated mind.

This class will be held in our intimate studio, at 28 degrees. Please come dressed for movement with a yoga mat and a water bottle.
