Private Group Yoga Class

Bliss offers in studio private group yoga classes for a multitude of events such as; stagettes, birthday parties, and corporate sweat sessions, or even for school and sports teams looking for variety in their training.  A private yoga session can be tailored to your groups needs by requesting the style of yoga you would like to experience, as well as the level of practice, beginner, intermediate or advanced. Private Group Yoga Classes are a great way to connect with your friends, family, co-workers or team mates through a movement modality that promotes overall health and well-being.

Private Yoga Classes are perfect for those wanting specialized instruction in a private setting with one of our highly skilled teachers.  Private yoga is great for those, brand new to yoga, limited in physical movement, or recovering from an injury; while also supporting those wanting to deepen their knowledge of the practice, or to refine their postures. 
With individualized instruction and the opportunity to ask questions and be in conversation with the teacher during the practice, can enhance your yoga experience with a deeper integration of both body and mind.

Open Studio Meditation

Open Studio is a silent practice space only, choosing Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Restorative, or Yin. All Bliss props including meditation chairs will be available for use, and ambient meditation music will be playing through our house system. You can also use guided practices via your smart phone, which must be listened to through ear buds/head phones to honor the silence of the space. Our open studio space will accommodate for any length of practice, from 2 minutes to 2 hours. Just check in at
