Initially, I sought yoga for physical balance and injury prevention. Through regular practice I have gained tools that assist me in body awareness, stress-relief, and building more everyday presence.  

I have been teaching yoga since 2014 and am a 500hr RYT, specializing in prenatal and postpartum yoga (RPYT). Forever a student- I am a certifying Doula; as well as a working towards becoming a registered massage therapist.

When not teaching yoga or doing homework, I spend most of my time with my family. I enjoy coffee, sleeping in, and all things outdoors.
