For me, Yoga is freedom. It has taught me to let go, to accept and to trust. The practice has removed what is not and continues to reveal what is. No longer, do I relay on externals rather through the practice, I strengthen and connect to inner resources. Yoga continues to amaze me. What use to be addiction, grief, addiction, disability, hopelessness and trauma has shifted to inner peace, gratitude, independence, empowerment and inner peace. I am so grateful for these ancient teachings, humbled by the wisdom woven throughout and I am honoured to share them. OM Namah Shivaya
