Although Courtney first began yoga in 2008 as a means of fitness, what happened instead was the beginning of internal transformation and a healing journey. 

Over time, the principles of yoga that we practice on the mat, began to weave in to the fabric of every day life. 

Purely for the love of yoga, Courtney took her first YTT in 2015 as a month long intensive in Nicaragua where she deepened her practice as well as found the unexpected desire to teach others the transformational tools she had learned. 

Courtney has now been teaching yoga for over 5 years and has nearly completed a further 300 hr yoga training. 

Although she teaches yoga, she feels it is important to also forever be a student. Yoga is a journey of self discovery, healing & transformation that shows us what we seek is already within us. Yoga is the soft welcoming light in the window always there to guide the way back home. 

Courtney loves teaching heart based yoga classes that create connection and leave students feeling grounded, nurtured and blissful!
