Christina has spent most of her life in competitive sports. The passion for helping others came from dealing with multiple injuries over the years and the recognition of what a good maintenance program could do to help aid in daily pain and  prevent injuries. She has been teaching yoga for over five years, more recently adding  massage therapy to her toolbox. She loves to help others, from difficulty sleeping, relaxing, injuries, or dealing with pain. Cupping and advanced neuro-muscular techniques, deep tissue, orthopedic massage are a few of the techniques Christina can incorporate into her massages at Bliss.
